Added if[Not][Left/Right]HasFKConstraint
So template can only set fk constraint when the javadoc specifies it (we were setting
it to false
by default, this overriding jboss defaults)
Added empty <key-fields/> when there is no FK constraint, because that's what Dain
does in all his examples,
so maybe it makes a difference??..can't hurt...
