- Fixed up samples so they deployed successfully on JBoss
- Added hashCode() impl in data object.
- Added use-super-equals="true|false" option to @ejb:data-object to
allow people to use the super.equals() method without having to
write the entire equals method themselves (also applies to hashCode).
