No doubt you can access XDtEjb:blabla or any other namespace from
<temaplte/>, but only if you're using that template in context of
<ejbdoclet/>. You can't expect it to work if you created a custom
template and use it inside <webdoclet/> for example, or any other
blabladoclet. All xdoclet subtasks derive form TemplateSubTask so they
are all using <template/> really.
