AFAIK currently a legal tag is either:

@atag attr="blabla"

or:

@atag "blabla"

The second one applicable only to tags which have only a single
attribute (such as transaction).

Imho keep these two and clean up the rest. But if the new implementation
of for the second syntax is sophisticated then forget about it.

PS: Btw, I and Aslak were pair programming last night and tonight though
we're thousands of miles away and 3.5 hours time difference! I gonna
tell that it is a great experiment! You can join us too :o) Just use
