No prototype, no functions! Just an idea! And the idea is: we'll factor out the template tag code to XTagBeans (the whole xtag stuff hasn't really started, but I/Aslak/Konstantin had some discussions over this), so theoretically the template engine (xdoclet's or Velocity) will only be a thin templating layer on top of that.
