The XML pages should use the same "DTD" as the jakarta-site2 documentation system. Anakia uses the site.vsl file to convert XML to HTML. This is also where the javascript tree is built. The site.vsl file is a slghtly modified version of the same file under jakarta-site2, enhanced to support the javascript tree.
