I would propose to blame this entry:
d:\jboss-3.0.0\client\jboss-j2ee.jar

because it's right after the file known to be parsed
successfully. 

Unfortunately, stack trace does not say me much
because
I work with current CVS version ( and I have patched
it yesterday... ), so line numbers are not real help.

Can you try to reproduce it with current CVS release?

I also would try to throw out jars out of xdoclet
invocation classpath alltogether and put back one by
time ( say, after jmx one ).
