I did a test and compiler="javac1.4" has no effect, as Ant's JavaC source code shows.
For xdoclet 1.2.x -> JDK 1.3 For xdoclet 2.x -> JDK 1.4 Hopefully by the time we release 2.0 jdk1.4 is available everywhere. That's funny because Ant's codebase is still 1.1.x compatible and they still haven't agreed to upgrade to 1.2.x! And we're talking about jdk1.4 here, good...!
