Ah, yes.... agreed. I've seen this brought up on the Jakarta lists before, and non-Apache projects adopt an "Apache-compatible" or an "Apache-like" license instead until they move over.

Seeing the issues that Tapestry has encountered while trying to donate itself to Jakarta, it definitely would be good for us to at least get things in order based on their experience so that its a smooth transition when/if we move to Jakarta (or some other Apache umbrella like the new incubator).
