[Xdoclet-devel] JIRA down?

Is opensource.atlassian.com okay at the moment? When I try and access JIRA (or just the site's top level index) at the moment it just hangs indefinitely. I don't know if it's me or them to blame (I'm using a different browser to usual - Galeon - though other sites are okay).
