Description:
This patch adds support for the resource attribute of the <msg> element in
validation.xml.
In an attempt to be consistent with how the arg attributes are used (arg0value vs.
arg0resource, for example), I've create a new attribute called "msgvalue" that is to
be used instead of "msgkey" when you want to explicitly define error message text
instead of having the error message looked up in the application resource file.
I've also updated the documentation for the @struts.validator tag to reflect this
improvement.
