I have not been able to create a patch b/c SF CVS is struggling. This template fixes
this bug along with another attachment I will add now that modifies
xdoclet/modules/caucho/src/xdoclet/modules/caucho/ResinEjbTagsHandler.java.

Description:
This is bit tough to explain - Resin allows an element <sql-column> in the
<ejb-relationship-role> element of the EJB on the other side of a n-n unidirectional
relationship. This element identifies the column name in the map table for the
relationship.
The XDoclet 1.1 library for Resin supported this with the attribute
* @resin-ejb.relation sql-table="map_table_name"
* sql-column="this_id_column"
* target-sql-column="that_id_column"
