Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: XJD-35
Summary: generate files into the 'generated' subfolder
       Type: Improvement

     Status: Assigned
   Priority: Trivial

 Time Spent: Unknown
  Remaining: Unknown

    Project: XJavaDoc

Assignee: xdoclet-devel (Use for new issues)
   Reporter: Vladimir Ritz Bossicard

    Created: Thu, 18 Sep 2003 12:52 AM
    Updated: Thu, 18 Sep 2003 12:53 AM
Environment: Linux, JDK 1.4.2

Description:
When using Eclipse to edit/compile the project, there are problems since the parser's
generated files are "merged" with the source files in the target/src subdirectory.

The solution is to generate the parser's files into the taget/generated subfolder and
to fix the paths for the compilation.

The result is that your project in Eclipse has now three folders:
  -src
  -junit
  -target/generated
