Your patch is incorrect syntax.  Did you test it to see if it worked?  The extent 
attribute only takes three preset values - see 
http://xdoclet.sourceforge.net/templates/Class.html#forAllClasses for details.

I suspect that the issue is that you do not have all the necessary classes in your 
XDoclet classpath and this is why it is not picking up what you think it should.
