Description:
When adding a class that extends another, CastorTagsHandler doesn't appear to take
into account the ordering of the extending class relative to the class it extends. As
a result, the extending class can be listed before the extended class in the mapping
file. This results in an error from Castor to the effect that forward references are
not allowed. Looking at CastorTagsHandler, it appears that it does take into account
the depends attribute, but no the extends attribute.
