According to the SF statistics, there's been nearly 13000 downloads of the binaries,
so I don't believe that none of the mirrors work. Have you tried the Roxvox ("New
York, New York") mirror? I just downloaded xdoclet-bin-1.2.2.tgz successfully from
there.
