Description:
If contextFactoryName and contextProvidedUrl are not provided in the axisdeploy
task (they aren't required, for cases where axis and the EJBs are in the same
container) the tags
<parameter name="jndiURL"
value="" />
<parameter name="jndiContextClass"
value=""/>
are printed in the generated axis service deploy file, that leads to an
exception when axis creates the jndi context.
The following patch only prints the parameter tags for jndiURL and
jndiContextClass if values are provided.
