Interesting..   Not sure how I munged up the permissions there, but I'll
take a looksee and report back to the list.  I agree that the wutka etc jars
can be removed, IBiblio (and it's mirrors) are a better place to download
from.  The only thing in XDoclet should be XDoclet.  We may also want to
discuss with the maven folks getting the rsync process setup so that
anything published into our repo goes over to Ibiblio.  A couple other
groups do that and it makes for easier updating.  Of course, since right now
we only do a release 2 a year, maybe it doesn't matter.   But if we do more
to more frequent seperate releases, then it would be worth doing.
