Here is the patch for the new tag. This version of the tag supports the
parameters isolation-level and connection-management-policy.
I changed the order in which the bean types are processed in
ibm-ejb-jar-ext_xmi.xdt to get the correct id for linking an element in the the
extensions-DD to the resource-ref-element in ejb-jar.xml.
I fixed the generation of the href links for entity beans.
This patch requires that the core module is patches with XDT-1204 and XDT-1206.

It is possible to specify additional properties for a resource reference in the
WebSphere extensions-DD.
I suggest to create a new tag with the name "websphere.resource-ref" which
offers parameters for the additional properties of a resource-ref.
