Environment: JDK 1.4.2_05, WinXP SP2, Hibernate 2.1.6

Description:
For versions of Hibernate >= 2.1.6, XDoclet JBossService should generate 
QueryCacheEnabled instead of UseQueryCache for the MBean attribute name.  The 
XDoclet configuration parameter name hasn't changed (useQueryCache).  I've 
included a patch below.
