Description:
Added to struts validation so you can specify validation on simple values 
nested in an object. This was so that you can specify validation in metadata 
for form object that contain references to other more complicated objects. 
Example, validating the first name on a person object that is a member of the 
User form object.
 This change adds a new tag but does not change the old behavior.
