There were a few other files with accents in the other sub-packages, so I just
ran the whole lot through the JDK's native2ascii utility. There were a couple
of obviously missing characters on the invalid_tag_param_value_class and
invalid_tag_param_value_method values that remained as question marks, so I
fixed those by hand.
Could you check through the properties files in the jar I just uploaded, and
let me know if there's anything else missing or incorrect? Once you confirm
those files look okay (and that the messages are still displayed correctly if
you use that jar instead of the one included in the distribution) I'll commit
the changes to CVS.

Description:
XDocletMessagesMessages_pt_BR.properties has accents written directly inside
the properties, when that messasges are displayed on console (ANT), the accents
are not displayed, but special characters (? mainly). So, I fixed the
pt_BR.properties, changing the accents and putting unicode characters. The
messages are displayed correctly now. The original version is located at
