I just went through the issues hanging on XDT-457
and (hopefully :) fixed them.
Andrew is using XDT-457 as a master issue for
Servlet 2.4 / JSP 2.0 issues.
I propose closing XDT-457 and opening an new
general issue for Servlet 2.4
things, as XDT-457 is pretty old and new
issues/patches should be (only)
accepted from the acutal code base or at least
Xdoclet 1.2.2.
