Here is an overview of the issue:
---------------------------------------------------------------------
        Key: XDT-1341
Summary: Not able to map multiple columns to hibernate.joined-subclass-key
       Type: Improvement

     Status: Open
   Priority: Blocker

 Original Estimate: 2 weeks
 Time Spent: Unknown
  Remaining: 2 weeks

    Project: XDoclet
 Components:
             Hibernate Module
   Versions:
             1.2.2

Assignee: xdoclet-devel (Use for new issues)
   Reporter: Simon Vaynshtok

    Created: Wed, 13 Apr 2005 8:15 AM
    Updated: Wed, 13 Apr 2005 8:15 AM
Environment: Windows XP Professional SP2, Eclipse 3.0.0, JBoss plug-in 1.4.1

Description:
While using multiple columns in the joined-subclass-key only one column is
recognized. That effectively prevents me from mapping the table with
multi-field primary key to a subclass in a table per class mapping.
