I agree with Andrew. xdoclet is class based and the application.xml cannot be
based on classes.
If you really need something, I can give you an ant macro that generates an
application.xml from the contents of a directory and builds the ear.
if you need it, write me an email.
Nevertheless I think we should close this issue
