How to create an entity bean using Eclipse

Using xdoclet I am trying to create an Entity Bean in Eclipse using the
File->New wizard. But the only options i see are for creating a Session or MDB.
I do not see an option for entity bean. How can I create one? Any help will be
appreciated. Thanks.
