Seems that is something wrong with project CVS. I also have the same symptoms for others commits -
'cvs up' doensnt show that anything changed. I can update only at the expiration of the some period.
Probably somebody can explain it. Konstantin??

Can't specify multiple cascade values (seperated by comma) in cascade field, example:
cascade="all-delete-orphan,refresh"
And the following cascade values are not supported: create, merge, evict, replicate, lock, refresh
