Improvement of struts resouce bundle

Hi all!
As discussed in http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/XDP-73, I have done an
improvement to struts.msg plugin.
To do so, I have eliminated the strutsmessage plugin and fixed the externalizer
plugin to support generation of resource bundle to a single file (per file
generation work as before by default).
So, to generate a single resource bundle file, the user must set the
multioutput plugin property to false. This causes the generation of
ResourceBundle.properties.
The user can change the name of generated file by setting the
destinationfilename property.
Now struts users can generate resource bundle using the externalizer plugin. :-)
