yes that's very likely. "Simple" enums works, but I've also had
similar issues with enums that have a constructor. Please check qdox's
jira to see if this has been reported before.
Since your enum doesn't seem to be tagged, you could always had it to
the exlude list of xdoclet in the meantime.
