Sorry I must be drunk when I wrote this message ;)
Javadoc operates on source files not on classes.
So if you are sure the interface is in one of the packages of
"sourcepath" of your "ejbdoclet" ant task, everything should be ok.
Then the problem will come from somewhere else.
Do you have something like
<ejbdoclet sourcepath="${src.dir}" destdir="${src.dir}" etc...
?
Maybe try to cut ejbdoclet task in 2 pieces...
