Sorry for the inconvenience. We had to change xjavadoc for xdoclet's
MODULE_REFACTORING_BRANCH. Unfortunately that means if you checkout
latest code of xdoclet and xjavadoc there's no XJavaDocMan :-) It should
have been done in its own branch but.... Anyway, either wait till we
merge MODULE_REFACTORING_BRANCH (which doesn't work right now!) with
head this week or use a month or so old version of xjavadoc.
