xdoclet was not processing the session bean whatsoever.

Classpath was missing ejb.jar.  Thanks!

Entity beans were being generated successfully so I didn't think classpath
could be the problem.

Are you sure xdoclet/taskdef's classpath is ok and contains ejb.jar/...?
Only local and remote intfs not generated or the whole ejb artifacts?
