from a quick look.... you dont have proper javadoc comments.  ie, you have

/*
 * ....

instead of

/**
 * ....

make sure you have the double ** otherwise the comment wont be recognised.

I didn't look too deeply, but changing this made the entity show up in the
ejb-jar.xml.
