The samples directory.  The sources listed under "Propaganda" on the web 
site ( http://xdoclet.sourceforge.net/ )
You could also try putting "xdoclet tutorial" into a search engine e.g. 
http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=xdoclet+tutorial&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en&;
meta=

Anybody know of any others?  Tutorials (or links to them) for the 1.2 
documentation are sure to be appreciated.
