All the EJBs referred to are contained within the same Ear but within differetn EJB modules in that Ear.
I haven't had any problems deploying to Weblogic using the Weblogic descriptor generated using the XDoclet Weblogic subtask (we're using Weblogic for development at present). We have a custom template to generate the Websphere XMIs, which I believe works OK - though I personally haven't trialled it.
