Try the nested <tag> element for <javadoc> in Ant 1.5(.1), for example:

Well, javadoc does not know anything about those tags
- so it complaints.

Well, if there is any way to mute javadoc, it is surely covered
at java.sun.com/<wherever javadoc descrived>
