Aslak, Thanks. I will check it out. Erik Hatcher, an XDoclet commiter, is going to meet with me this weekend. He has worked with Resin EE. He is going to verfiy the new template and then check it in or whatever you guys do to check it in....he is going to start the process. (We are both speaking at a conference in Dallas. Erik lives in Virgina and I live in Arizona, which is about as close as Italy to Scottland.)
I followed the link and attached the file as per your request. Is anyone working on adding xdoclet standard cmr mappings, i.e., standard ways to add foriegn key fields to a cmr relationship. If not, I would like to attack this. This seems a little harder than just changing the template like Resin CMP support. Any direction on how to attack this would be great! I am going to pick Erik's brain this weekend, and read the XDoclet chapters in his Ant book for prep. Here is my idea on how to manifest cmr support in the tags..... Add an extra parameter to @ejb.relation called relation-column-name and target-relation-column-name (for unidirectional support). Is anyone working on this? I think this should be added to this release in beta. BTW I just got permission to include the XDoclet stuff I wrote for Mastering Tomcat for the Xdoclet documentation. This is a tutorial on XDoclet mainly geared toward Servlets, Custom Tags and Struts. Ara A. said he was interested in including this as part of the docs. or at least link to it from the docs. I need to change the examples to use dots instead of colons and test it with the version of Xdoclet in beta, other than that.... I want to get more involved with XDoclet development. I will subscribe to the devel list and check JIRA for XDoclet things to work on. -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:xdoclet-user-admin@;lists.sourceforge.net]On Behalf Of Aslak Hellesy Sent: Sunday, November 03, 2002 4:52 PM To: Rick Hightower; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: RE: [Xdoclet-user] updated cmp mappings for Resin Thanks Rick! Please submit patches to JIRA as an "Improvement", which is JIRA's terminology for patch. http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/xdoclet/secure/Dashboard.jspa Follow "New Issue" then "Improvement". Describe your work and hit "Create". Then attach your file - preferrably as a diff. A diff makes it easier for us to review your changes. I have registered this patch for you here: http://opensource.atlassian.com/projects/xdoclet/secure/ViewIssue.jspa?key=X DT-132 Someone more Resin savvy than me will eventually pick it up and appply it.
