The @jboss.target-relation tag accepets the same attributes as the @jboss.relation tag. The only difference is that you use target-relation to modify the blind side of the relation on a unidirectional relationship.
What's the "blind side" of the relation? That's the "other side", the side you can't modify with @jboss.relation. If you have a Company -> Employee relationship and you are declaring a unidirectional relation in the Company side, the Employee is the blind side.
