Hi,

i think that the behavior of valueobjects of type composite is not
right.
Per definition in UML a relation of type composition only says that
the related object could not exists without the object that holds the
reference to it. But nothing is said about the accessors. I want to
explain it on an example:

  ------------ -----------
  | Employee | | Address |
  ------------ |---------|
  | |1 1| |
  |  [...]   |<>---------->|  [...]  |
  | | | |
  |----------| |---------|

So an employee has an address and the Address object can only exists
with the Employee object. The address is only accessible from the
employee object.

So i have tested to use the compose keywords to reflect this
situation, but the generated CMP class tries to set the employee in
the address class but there is no corresponding method
(unidirectional). If i use aggregate it works correctly.

So my questions: have i misunderstand the definition od composition
and aggregation or are this terms missused ?

best regards

Ingo Bruell
