Yup, that was a screenshot from my PowerBook running XDocletGUI - which is a project in XDoclet's CVS. I've not used it other than to try it out, but there are IDE plugins (jEdit, IDEA, more?) already available, as well as the standalone Swing app that is in that screenshot.
