Hi Jordan,

www.mvcsoft.com has a persistence manager that allows
you to use compund primary keys (I think).

It's only $200 per developer and no royalties at
runtime.

I personally use it and think it's great.  It allows
you to have your (well fine tuned) persistence code
application server independent.  It covers the most
popular appservers.
