I just downloaded xdoclet-bin-1.2.0-beta1.zip in order to tryout Xdoclet. I thought this would be more stable than Beta2. In reading the readme.txt file, it says run "build.bat". but there is no build.bat. Also the "build.xml" references a "build.properties". This isn't in the zip either. Am I missing something? Should I try a different version?
