No, since there's no problem.

I rest my case, m'lud.
On the other hand, your ejbdoclet task looks okay to me. Are you sure the
src.dir variable has been set correctly by the time this is reached? You
could try adding
<echo message="${src.dir}"/>
to the target, immediately before the ejbdoclet task, to make sure.
