I created a folder /etc/.java/.systemPrefs -> /tmp
and now I haven't any warning message, but the component tree is still empty

Not XDocleGUI, but JRE - it's somewhere under
$JAVA_HOME.
If you get root preferences and run the
XDocletGUI, this error will disappear.
