@weblogic.target-column-map should only be used for unidirectional 1-->N
relationships.

For 1<-->N and 1<--N, use @weblogic.column-map and place the tag on the N
side (RequestBean). Just like you did.

Try to remove @weblogic.target-column-map entirely and see if it works
better for you.
