If you want to expose getData() in your local/remote interfaces, you need to implement a corresponding abstract method in your bean class, like so:

        /**
        * Retrieve the Check's data object
        *
        * @return Returns a CheckData representing the entire check.
        *
        * @ejb.interface-method view-type="both"
        *
        **/
        public abstract CheckData getData();

I'm a newbie to xdoclet... Im trying to utilize
xdoclet to help me create all the files necessary for
CMP. I have gotten that part to work and now I am
tryign to create session facade by adding the
<entityfacade/> in build file and @ejb.facade in java
file...

The problem is while creating the facade class it
seems to want to call getData() but specifing that the
Local Interface contains that method, rather than the
CMP generated class... Im using xdoclet-bin-1.2b2...
Any and all help is appreciated
