Are you specifying a jndi-location, and a local-jndi-location? How about a location attribute in the @orion.bean tag? You should specify the former two, but not the latter.
If you still have this error, please file a bug in jira and include the
header docs for your bean. I'll investigate and come up with a patch.

Wondering if anyone's encountered the issue where setting the view-type="both" in an ejb causes the orion module to create an orion-ejb-jar.xml that won't deploy because it now has two "location" attributes for that bean?
If so, any ideas for a solution short of manually editing the file each time? I need an orion-ejb-jar.xml for some other reasons. I'd prefer not to have to clean it every time.
