When you need to add extra stuff to generated files, look in the .xdt templates (in the source and in the JARs) for "merge points". You can read about them in the documentation, but the docs don't list where they are -- just how to use them. So, looking in xdoclet\modules\ejb\home\resources\home.xdt I see
<XDtMerge:merge file="home-custom.xdt"> at the bottom of the file before the closing brace. Check the docs on merge points (http://xdoclet.org/merge.html) for what you need to do. Basically, you'll create a file called "home-custom.xdt" and put it into a directory of your choosing. Then you'll point the <homeinterface> task to that directory. And now I see that you didn't mention *home* interfaces at all; that was a previous post. Anyway, the same thing applies. Look in the templates and search for XdtMerge. I think the subject pretty much says it all. I'd rather not have to edit my generated code to put in some static fields that I need. I don't see in the documentation that there are any @ejb attributes for fields. Thanks.
