XDoclet will also create util classes for each EJB. This is easy, but a EJBHomeFactory 
is more effiecent.

Hi Mick,

Get a local reference just as you would normally and then call it
through that. Lookup the home (cache it) and do home.create. That's what
I'm doing; I dunno if it's the "right" way, but it works just fine.
