In the source xdoclet-all/xdoclet/maven/project.xml, make this repair

xdoclet does make the xjavadoc-1.0.1, but the maven project.xml (which gets
copied into the plugin's project.xml) has the old style used in
dependencies.
It sure would be nice if xdoclet were to modernize its use of dependencies.
